Hope's Story
Our first son was born healthy and strong in July of 2020. And nothing prepared me for motherhood. No one could have said enough to prepare me for what it's like being needed 24/7 by our little bundle of joy. I was a brand new mom in the postpartum season way back in 2020 and it was anything but easy. My husband and I had no idea what sleep deprivation was like. I had no idea what a strong latch was in breastfeeding. I had no idea that baby wearing was an absolute must to stay connected to my son while also being able to do basic tasks. I had no idea how to nourish my body everyday while prioritizing rest so I could heal well. I had no idea how to communicate my needs to my husband.
And I had no idea how uniquely precious and sacred the newborn stage is...and how fast the time goes by.
Friend, the differences in my postpartum experience with my sons is what ignited a passion within me to create this course. I believe 100% that it is possible to have a restful and peaceful 4th trimester and much of this comes from understanding how to plan and prepare. I learned through many hardships how to embrace this period of time that is so sacred and fleeting. Postpartum is messy and beautiful! And that is perfectly okay.
This E-Course is my heart on paper to you, mama, giving you everything I have learned so that you, too, can have a peaceful and restful postpartum (whether it's your first or sixth time).
